- Private lessons need a 24 hour cancellation notice or a $20 studio fee will be charged (they charge us). If less than 12 hour notice the full fee will be charged. This would need to be added to the next lesson or pre-paid before any next lesson bookings.
- Group Lessons : No Refunds will be given for any reason. We will however add any missed group sessions to be pro-rated to the next group class of same type only (only good on a group session you could not attend, not good for make-up sessions).
- There are no "make-up" lessons given on missed classes or private Lessons.
"Skype / Online video Privates" need to be paid at least 3 days in advance. Skype lessons are treated as in person lessons and all the above applies (Exceptions on TECHNOLOGY Breakdowns). Skype Lessons are only given to out-of-area students at the normal rates. Video/Audio quality and internet stabiity/connection on your end is your responsibility and in no way voids this notice.
- There are no changes to pre-purchased Video Choreography once DVD is delivered. A separate fee would be required.
