Vintage Burlesque Model: Winnie Garrett know as 'Queen of the Peelers'. Originally danced to mostly up-tempo Boogie Woogie music. Winnie was the owner of two legit businesses Winnie Garret Recording Company (''Famous Records'' 1947*) and Winnie Garret Music Publishing*. Danced in 1944's "Broadway Scandals" revue at the Palace theatre.
