Big breasted Annie Ample was a Burlesque Stripper and "Blue Film" actress. She was also known as 'San Diego Annie'. Ample took her Strip-Tease craft seriously and put everything she had into being the best she could be at whatever she did, no matter how silly or trivial her career may have seemed to others... and by doing so became one of America's highest-paid strippers in the 1980's - Annie would take upwards of $5,000 in a week at top East Coast clubs and at one time her Breasts were insured for a million dollars.

    Annie Ample wrote a biography about her exploits called "Bare Facts: My Life As a Stripper." Impersonated 1950's/1960's 'Jayne Mansfield' in the 'Legends In Concert' show in Las Vegas in the '80's. Ample often said that her proudest accomplishment in the adult-oriented entertainment  industry was that she never made a pornographic film.

    Annie decided to have Breast implants that would eventually lead to her death and was constantly ill during her career because of the leaking silicone breast implants and in 1986 was diagnosed with Lupis, which stemmed from the faulty implants of the time.

    Annie decided to give up the spotlight she had sought for most of her adult life in 1992, she moved 75 miles from the glitzy neon Strip to a remote double-wide mobile home in Nye County, Nevada. Annie quietly passed away of heart failure complicated by multiple sclerosis on New Year's Day 2008 at a Las Vegas rest home.
