"Siren Irene... You'll Love Her On The Screen... A Miss In Distress Or Gay Adventuress?"

-- Synopsis:
     This film starts out in Black and White then changes to color and back again. Irene O'Dare (Anna Neagle) is sent by her employer on an errand to the home of the wealthy Mrs. Vincent (Billie Burke) and meets Don (Ray Milland), Irene and other models are hired to display gowns at Mrs. Vincent's charity ball to which they are a hit. Irene claims to be related to socialite Madame Lucy. This begins Irene in fronting the Madame Lucy's Gowns shop and she gets exposed.
