---- This tape covers some of the Lower and Upper level "Advanced 1" patterns and footwork taught in Sonny's 6 week Series classes. These "Advanced 1" patterns and footwork are the main way So. California dances its West Coast Swing. All patterns are done in the "Slotted Movement".

Sonny's " French Cross " and "&3" or Contemporary timing highly centered upon along with the trditional rhythm (3&) and other rhythms.
