Ray Fox was a very popular West Coast Swing
and Ballroom dancer, Choreographer and Judge. Taught ballroom
and Swing dance in the Los Angeles areas as well was the owner
of Continental Dance Studio in Bell, CA. His style was very smooth,
clean and sharp. Mr. Fox's style was more of the modern type which
made him ahead of his time. Unfortunately Ray passed away before
the swing dance resurgence in the 1980s.
Ray was also a Dance Teacher to Servicemen while he was in the
Armed Forces. Was a Trapezee Artist as well. Ray was inducted
into the California Swing Dance Hall of Fame in 1994. |
