Tom Brenemans
Originally a popular radio show hosted by Breneman who purchased the building after his radio show "Breakfast in Hollywood" which went onto become a film (1946) entitled 'Breakfast in Hollywood'. In 1948 Breneman died due to a heart attack, however the Building's facade is still there.
