Ride 'Em Cowboy
"How did they train that pigeon to do his trick? "

-- Synopsis: Get ready for big laughs! as Duke and Willoughby (Abbot and Costello) two peanut vendors are at a rodeo show and get in trouble with their boss who then hide out on a railroad train heading out west. They get jobs as cowhands working on a dude ranch, despite the fact that neither of them knows anything about cowboys, horses, milking cows, roping, Indians, or anything else cowboy for that matter. This is one of Abbott and Costello's funniest and best films, good for the entire family.

* This is Ella Fitzgerald's film debut. Ride 'Em Cowboy" is a western with boogie woogie and swing plus some light opera music and some great dancing. Hollywood Style Swing dancers Dean Collins and Jewel McGowen do some Jitterbug plus Dorothy Dandridge as one of the Three Congeroo's dance some Swing in the Barn Dance scene.
