Jive Junction (aka: Swing High)
" The Gayest Picture With The Gayest New Stars! "

-- Synopsis: Peter Crane (Dickie Moore) is a young, classical-trained musician who is transfered from the Conservatory to Clinton High School where the worl of Hep-Cats and jive prevail. Of course the film includes a little romance and alot of jealousy, for Peter with Claire (Tina Thayer) and jealousy from Grant Saunders (Jack Wagner) which leads to a fight. After his father unexpectedly dies Peter turns seriously to jive music, converts a barn into a Canteen called "Jive Junction" for service men and soon becomes the leader of the schools band (an all girl band,) which is entered in a national contest. If anything can go wrong it usually wiil and Peter's old music teacher comes to the rescue.

* Featuring Jitterbug dance star Jean Phelps-Veloz. Some Jitterbug and other dancing with the cast and by Irene Thomas and her partner Don Gallaher Jitterbug for this film.
