George White's Scandals Poster view
George White Scandals of 1945

-- Synopsis: Another George White musical production in film which is based on the George White's Scandals stage extravaganzas that played Broadway for years. The plot is a romance between stage comedienne Joan Mason (Davis) and Jack Williams (Haley,) which is staunchly opposed by Jack's spinster sister Clarabelle (Hamilton.) The assistants to Broadway impresario George White (played by Tryon) start a relationship as well. Things get wacky but all ends well.
