This is a "swing" musical written for Artie Shaw's
band with Astaire doing only two scene of his dancing. Mostly
Astaire dances solo in this story but does have a good dance
with Paulette Goddard to "I Ain't Hep to That Step but
I'll Dig It." Hermes Pan and Fred dance together for
the first and only time to "Me and the Ghost Upstairs"
but was cut from the film. |
